Measure the impact of integrated marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign and web performance. Using expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, help inform strategies that connect pet parents with our services, ultimately improving the well-being of pets everywhere.


Responsibilities

  • →Develops and maintains performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Analyze performance and provide thoughtful recommendations for optimizations.
  • →Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and web activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development and automation of regular reports.
  • →Analyzes customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, etc.), data warehouse (Databricks) and campaign management software tools.
  • →Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
  • →Ability to evaluate data and translate into business insights to inform strategy across key company initiatives.
  • →Supports continued improvement of channel attribution capabilities and reporting.
  • →Collaborate across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and Email.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics/analytics or related field required
  • 3-5 years of work experience in statistical or data analysis
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Must have skills: Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Data Layer Implementations, and Microsoft PowerBI,
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Experience growing revenues and measuring media impact metrics
  • Excellent digital aptitude, significant familiarity with ad ops technology, and affiliate tracking and management tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) preferred

 


  • Delivers accurate, reliable marketing and web performance dashboards on an agreed cadence, giving stakeholders a clear view of KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
  • Turns complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign efficiency, website conversion, audience growth, and revenue performance.
  • Designs and evaluates A/B and multivariate tests with sound methodology, clearly communicates results, and influences optimization decisions.
  • Advances channel attribution and funnel measurement so teams can better understand the incremental impact of marketing activities.
  • Becomes a trusted cross-functional partner who anticipates business questions, manages competing priorities, and presents insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Offer

Chicago Base pay range: $81,534 – $101,918 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for an annual bonus. Base pay is one part of a total rewards package that includes the benefits listed below.
