Responsibilities

The Adult Clinic Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients in the clinic setting.

Patient check in duties, including but not limited to: vital signs, medication reconciliation, allergy updates, and assessment/reason for visit.
Performs anticoagulation management under the direction of a physician.
Provides nursing care for patients in the infusion room.
Follows the plan of care for surgery patients.
Draws laboratory studies as ordered.
Coordinate and work directly with triage nursing to ensure comprehensive continuity of patient care.

Requirements

Graduation from an approved nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
Valid drivers license and automobile insurance required.
