Key Program Pillars

  • Local Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work model with Monday through Friday (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) based right here in Indianapolis, Indiana.
  • Relationship Building & Cultural Fit: You won't just learn job duties; you will navigate multiple teams, each with its own unique culture and diverse personalities. Success requires the ability to quickly build genuine relationships and seamlessly integrate into different team dynamics.

  • Ambition & Resilience: With a new rotation starting every 8 months, you must be eager to tackle new challenges, step out of your comfort zone, and prove your drive.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with the system financial team to transform complex data sets into actionable, impact-driven decisions.
  • Master Financial Modeling: Build robust pro formas and master financial and operational modeling using advanced Microsoft Excel and relational databases.
  • Shape Financial Reporting: Own key monthly deliverables and deliver dynamic ad hoc financial analysis.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
