Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. - →Transporting patient and family members to destinations throughout the hospital in a wheelchair
Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to provide wheelchair assistance for individuals of various sizes is essential
- Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
