The Practitioner, Nursing Professional Development (NPD) serves as an educator, facilitator, and professional development resource for nursing staff across IU Health. This PRN position is primarily responsible for the delivery of system Core Classes and educational programs that support onboarding, professional growth, competency development, and excellence in patient care. Teaching experience is strongly preferred, as this role requires effective classroom instruction, learner engagement, and facilitation of adult learning principles.
