We are seeking skilled ambulatory nurses to join our float team, providing triage and nurse visits across 12 clinics and 20 service lines. This role offers exposure to diverse specialties, including Ophthalmology, Digestive and Liver Disorders, Infectious Disease, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Primary Care, Women’s Health, Advanced Pain Therapies, Urology, Surgery, Endocrinology, Pulmonary, and Renal. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality care across multiple specialties. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. 
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
  • Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
