This position is full time role located in Layfette, Indiana. The incumbent will work onsite in an office environment,  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm , no weekends/holidays. 

 

Role Responsibilities

This position exists to coordinate the Residency Program activities under the direction of the Residency Program Director. The incumbent is responsible for recruitment, retention, education and evaluation of all program residents in accordance with the American Council for Graduate Medicine Education (ACGME) and the National Residency Match Program (NRMP). May supervise as assigned.

 

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Preferred: 

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work.
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and prioritize work for self and others to meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of financial and budgetary processes.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Familiarity with ACGME requirements, GME Workflows, and ERA's software and applications.

 

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience (i.e Admin, Office, Healthcare). 
  • Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
  • Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
