• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Cerner (or ability to learn quickly)
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of insurance verification processes
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding

• Team-oriented and supportive workplace

• Minimal interaction with outside departments; primary collaboration is with office physicians and staff

• 2–4 weeks of training
