WORK LOCATION

Arnett Hospital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seeking a motivated and professional Team Lead to provide frontline leadership, support daily operations, coach team members, and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. 
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, lead by example, support employee development, and help ensure operational goals and patient experience standards are achieved. 
  • Provides direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions. Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties. 
  • Develops and maintains the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. 
  • Trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Requires 1-3 years of experience.

  • Requires ability to use tele tracking.

  • Requires experience working in patient transportation. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
