- →Communicating with licensed clinical social workers and community partners to coordinate resources and services
- →Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- →Provide informal counseling, support, and ongoing follow-up as appropriate
Requirements
~1 min read- Interest and compassion in supporting individuals and families impacted by violence
- Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and community organizations in a compassionate and professional manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of experience required.
- Requires basic computer skills
- Requires knowledge of medical, community, and social resources.
