Data Analytics, GIS, and Research Methods (ICA-200, 220, 230)

• →Instruct students in the use of GIS software for crime mapping and spatiotemporal analysis (ICA-220).
• →Facilitate hands-on practice with spreadsheet, visualization, and network-analysis software (ICA-230).
• →Teach foundational research design and statistical methods for intelligence (ICA-200).
• →Evaluate student ability to mitigate bias in AI-supported analytic outputs.
• →Integrate ethical stewardship and biblical worldview principles into the use of advanced technologies. - (Essential)

• Education/Professional Credentials/License: Doctorate or Master's level with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Data Science, Statistics, Geography/GIS, or Intelligence Analysis.

• Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Crime Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist, with specific proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS and social network analysis tools.
  
  
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in GIS, statistical software (SPSS/R/Excel), and AI-assisted analytic workflows.

• Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools.
• Demonstrated teaching abilities.
• Demonstrated higher education experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
• Demonstrated a commitment to building and cultivating diversity through leadership, teaching and/or service.
