Information Security & Systems Specialist

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, technology, and helping people stay secure? We're seeking an Information Security & Systems Specialist to protect organizational systems, networks, data, and physical security infrastructure while delivering excellent technical support to employees.

In this role, you'll monitor and respond to security threats, maintain firewalls and endpoint protection, manage user access, and support network and systems administration. You'll also maintain the Genetec security platform, including video surveillance and access control systems, assist with incident response and disaster recovery planning, and lead cybersecurity awareness training to promote a culture of security.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, plus at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, access controls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and a background investigation. Native American preference will be given.
