The role combines two core mandates:
The role combines two core mandates:
- Run the business: maintain a healthy marketplace, sufficient supply, efficient acquisition, strong courier economics, and consistent operational performance across markets.
- Change the business: build new supply models, fleet structures, operating approaches, product capabilities, and scalable solutions required to support new products, monetisations streams, and business models.
This is a global ownership role with direct accountability for supply strategy, marketplace performance, economics, execution, and transformation.
