Passenger Incentives Economics Manager

We are looking for a Passenger Incentives Economics Manager to join our Marketplace Efficiency team and own the day-to-day operations of passenger incentives across inDrive markets. You will manage incentive budgets, operate and optimize discount and reward mechanics, analyze their impact on passenger growth and marketplace economics, and work closely with Analytics, Tech, Finance and Marketinh teams to make incentive management increasingly data-driven and automated. 

This is a hands-on role with a direct impact on the passenger side of the marketplace, offering the opportunity to work across multiple countries and emerging markets and influence how incentives are designed, allocated and scaled.
