Application Engineer-Intern

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * As a working student in the Customer Support Application Engineer team,you will gain hands-on experience with latest Infineonproducts/solutions, build your knowledge and skills towards being anEngineer, consultant and presenter. The position offers a great opportunity to learn new technical skills,build relations within Infineon and great exposure to embedded industry. In your new role you will: • Assist on internal documentation to capitalize our system knowhow withapplication notes, user guide, technical articles, base technicalknowledge’s, design tips, etc. • Assist on responding to customer support queries • Assist on Reproducing and debugging customer issues using Infineonreference design boards • Assist on creating test automation and remote test setups • Assist on resolving technical problems and customer issues byresearch, debug and coordination with others • Coordinate to present complex issues internally • Shanghai CAE meeting, documentation coordinator. • Other temporary tasks.
