As a  Facility Security Specialist – Real Estate on our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Facility Security Specialist – Real Estate, you will be a subject matter expert in physical security, providing guidance and support to multidisciplinary projects across Infineon. You will help ensure that physical security requirements are integrated into projects and initiatives to protect our people and assets. Provide physical security consultancy to Infineon locations worldwide, covering security concepts, access control, on-site security and reception services Collaborate in multidisciplinary projects , contributing physical security expertise to new construction, renovation, security system and other cross-functional initiatives Develop site-specific security concepts based on the security needs and risks of individual locations Develop and document global physical security standards and processes as part of Infineon’s Global Physical Security Community Support audits and compliance activities related to physical security requirements and relevant standards, including  GSMA , Common Criteria , C-TPAT and TISAX Evaluate security systems and technologies in collaboration with Cyber Security and IT teams, identifying potential improvements and relevant market developments Contribute to Corporate Real Estate objectives by sharing physical security knowledge, expertise and resources across the organization Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are proactive and hands-on, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You enjoy collaborating across functions and organizational levels and are comfortable sharing your expertise and providing guidance to others. Degree in Security Management , Facilities Management , Engineering or a comparable field At least 3 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of project management principles and methods , combined with practical experience in project coordination and delivery Experience in technical writing and communicating technical informatio n effectively to different audiences Knowledge of physical security systems , technologies and compliance requirements, including relevant hardware, software and audit standards Basic knowledge of  AutoCAD Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
