Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Validation: Validate functional specifications and features of Infineon high‑speed SerDes and MDI for automotive Ethernet applications using lab equipment and PC‑based GUI tools * Support: Provide hands‑on technical support for hardware validation and debugging, including Python scripting * Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including timing diagrams, functional blocks, PCB layouts, and schematics * Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams such as product management, design engineering, and quality assurance to align product capabilities with customer needs * Lab Operations: Support lab activities, including logistics tracking and simple printed circuit board (PCB) rework Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field * Programming: Basic proficiency in Python, including familiarity with data structures, class usage, and scripting * Instrumentation: Hands‑on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and soldering * Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team while contributing ideas and supporting shared goals * Work Ethic: Demonstrates a structured, self‑driven approach with the ability to quickly learn new topics and adapt to unfamiliar environments Find out what we are looking for in your CV Find out how the student application process works with us Discover our student website #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
