Drive and lead project to improve  TnF  machine stability and efficiency Your role Key responsibilities in your new role 1. Responsible for EE KPI fulfillment(MTBA,UDT,Speed loss…) 2. Drive and lead project to improve machine stability and efficiency 3. Spare part management and maintenance cost reduction 4. Responsible for technician and new equipment engineer training and certification 5. Create equipment related document and update 6. Work with cross function for new product or equipment introduction 7. Manage and dispose production abnormal issue .Find root cause for production abnormal issue and take effective action to avoid repeat case Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical or AutomationEngineering 2 . 5+years of TnF machine experience is highly preferred 3 . Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma and other statisticaltools 4 . Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement 5 . Hands on experience of presentation of projects 6 . Fluent communication both in Chinese and English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
