Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop the next generation and new voltage classes of SiC, IGBT and Diode technologies Define together with Simulation and application experts the features of the upcoming generations Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable front end semiconductor related field  PhD graduate will be an advantage Minimum 3 years experience in technology development or process integration Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments Experience in project management as an advantage Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT or Diode technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage Excellent English communication #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
