Senior Staff Engineer Applications

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Code example development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix. * Demonstrator development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix. * Complex customer issue support for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix. * Mentoring Junior engineers on complex customer issues. * Interacting with cross functional teams to own and solve a customer issue. * Training Field applications engineers on the advanced topics * Leading discussions in customer calls. * 10% time in customer visits to present technical topics. * International travel required at least once in a year for about two weeks. * Documentation support (Application notes, technical reference manual, datasheet updates or new documents) for all the product families. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * B.E. /B. Tech in ECE degree with 10-12 years experience in embedded firmware development and customer support. * Able to understand Schematics, Layout of the PCBs. * Proficient in embedded C programming. * In-depth knowledge on blocks of microcontrollers up to IP level and the communication protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CXPI etc. * Should be comfortable in debugging complex customer issues using Oscilloscope, multimeters and other protocol sniffers which might take months to solve. * Customer support experience is plus. * Should have excellent business communication skills. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
