Senior Staff Engineer Final Test Technology & Innovation

You will be responsible for developing and implementing semiconductor test technologies for Final Test and Wafer Test processes. Working with advanced ATE, handlers, probers, test hardware, and inspection systems, you will qualify new solutions, resolve manufacturing challenges, and drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, and innovation. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and enable test technology manufacturing capabilities forSemiconductor Back-End Final and Wafer testing on digital mixed signaland memory solutions portfolio.  Package level electrical testing, using the latest Automated TestEquipment, best in-class Test Handling Prober equipment, contacttechnology for final and wafer test process  Package quality inspection using state of the art mark, scan andvision equipment  Qualification and release of new test technology solutions for finaland wafer test process (e.g. equipment, hardware’s, interface materials)from project inception to full production release  Troubleshoot production manufacturing challenges related to testequipment, test hardware using systematic methodologies & tools  Drive for the implementation of test solutions to improve OverallEquipment Efficiency (OEE)  Drive and manage Innovation, Productivity & Quality improvementinitiatives Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Material ScienceEngineering  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Semiconductor Final TestManufacturing environment  Experience in qualification, enabling and handling of final test andmemory solution platform einto Semiconductor environment  Knowledge and understanding of PCB design and contacting technologysolutions  Knowledge and experience on Wafer test process including proberequipment, hardware interface will be an added advantage  Pro-active attitude with ability to handle multiple projects assignedin a fast pace environment  Systematic & process oriented in a fast and agile working environment Posses good communication skills, technically analytical and with agood technical presentation know-how Work effectively with a global & multi-cultural teams, with a goodinfluencing skills to achieve best-in class solutions #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
