Take responsibility:  You perform electrical measurements of silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor devices Data is everything:  You take care of the processing, evaluation and organization of the measurement data in our database Expand your horizons:  You set up new measurement setups and improve existing ones Focus on the future:  You develop and improve code - primarily in Python and MATLAB, e.g. for data analysis and measurement automation Work with AI:  You use AI tools and agents (e.g. LLM-based coding assistants) to accelerate code development, data evaluation and troubleshooting - and help integrate AI-based methods into our measurement workflows Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Study field:  You are currently studying Electrical Engineering or similar Personality: You have a passion and hands-on experience for power electronics and power devices Skills:  You have good programming skills and knowledge especially in Python and MATLAB and you are experienced in working with AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) Experience:  Ideally, you have already gained experience in PCB design (e.g. using KiCad, Altium, or Eagle), measurement automation, and working with measurement equipment Language skills:  You have fluent English skills, written and spoken. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. · Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
