Occupational Therapist

• Full-time position
• 45-minute treatment sessions
• Daily patient schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Occasional weekend rotation coverage for inpatient and swing bed patients

• →Required
  • →Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • →Current Texas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • →Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • →Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
  • →Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• →Preferred
  • →Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, swing bed, or rural healthcare settings.
  • →Experience working with geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative patient populations.
  • →Spanish language proficiency or the ability to effectively work with interpreters when caring for Spanish-speaking patients.
  • →Familiarity with insurance authorization processes and managed care requirements.
