As a Finance Shared Service Specialist, you will support Record-to-Report (RTR) operations across multiple financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Your scope will include reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, journal entries, and month-end closing activities within a multinational Shared Services environment. You will collaborate closely with local and global finance teams while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

• →Post journal entries provided by Local Finance teams
• →Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany processes
• →Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items to ensure reporting accuracy
• →Analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify transaction accuracy
• →Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and procedures
• →Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and implement best practices
• →Act as a key point of contact for Local Finance, AR, AP, and Consolidation teams
• →Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• →Participate in process improvement initiatives and SSC projects
• →Support the maintenance and update of team manuals and process documentation
• →Provide support to the RTR Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in General Accounting, ideally within a Shared Services Center environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and RTR processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Intermediate English level or above, spoken and written
