As a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in building and evolving Infobip’s global FP&A function. You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial planning processes, strengthen forecasting and reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role combines analytical depth, business partnering, and process improvement in a fast-paced international environment. You will also contribute to the implementation of tools and AI-driven solutions that support scalable and data-driven finance operations.

  Partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to support the smooth operation of FP&A activities

• →

  Design, improve, and optimize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks

• →

  Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating data, analyzing inputs, and challenging business assumptions

  Perform variance analysis and prepare supporting insights and materials for stakeholders

  Drive business performance and profitability analysis using relevant financial and operational metrics

  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify profitability and process improvement initiatives and support their implementation

• →

  Support the development and implementation of AI tools and solutions within FP&A processes

• →

  Participate in month-end activities and contribute to cross-functional finance projects and process improvements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within an international and fast-growing environment

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA, MBA, or CFA qualifications are considered an advantage

• Experience working in a business partnering capacity with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and performance analysis

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software; experience with Power BI, SQL, or planning tools is considered a plus

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team

• Experience supporting process transformation or building FP&A processes from scratch

• Exposure to AI tools or automation initiatives within finance functions
