Remote Contact Center Representative

What you'll need:

• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-focus and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and comfort navigating multiple computer applications during your day
• A quiet home working environment with hardwired, high-speed internet and a Windows 10 or newer PC (8GB RAM+).
• The right tech: 2 monitors, webcam, USB wired headset, wired mouse

What you'll learn in training:

• How to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, focusing on providing a great customer/donor experience.
• Follow client-specific call flows and procedures and accurately document interactions
• How you'll receive coaching to grow your career
