DevOps Consultant – CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure

In the assigned Job Role of Process Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Lead comprehensive process analysis initiatives using advanced techniques like process mining, workflow simulation, and efficiency modelling to identify strategic opportunities. Develop complex data models that provide actionable insights for process enhancement and guiding critical business decisions and influencing long-term planning
⦁ Conduct in-depth evaluations of complex IT solutions, leveraging process-centric expertise to assess their effectiveness in streamlining operations and achieving organizational goals
⦁ Lead the creation of technical materials, simplifying complex process concepts for diverse audiences, including process practitioners and business stakeholders
⦁ Lead advanced research on process tools, analysing long-term product roadmaps and vendor strategies to identify trends and adopt cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation
⦁ Design comprehensive architectural models and blueprints for implementing process enhancements and automation solutions that address both immediate and future business needs
⦁ Formulate proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health, scalability, and sustained process performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines, GitLab Runners, repository management, and merge request workflows.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Terraform, including module design, state management, and multi-environment infrastructure provisioning.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Jenkins, including Pipeline-as-Code, plugin management, and job orchestration.
Mandatory hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and related services) or equivalent hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including SAST/DAST security scanning, dependency and vulnerability management, secrets management, and compliance-as-code within CI/CD pipelines.
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for workflow automation.
Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration concepts.
Strong scripting expertise in Bash/Shell for automation and tooling development.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve pipeline failures, deployment issues, and environment-related problems under tight timelines.
Demonstrated ability to independently own end-to-end CI/CD design, drive automation initiatives, and continuously improve DevOps processes with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, tooling, and CI/CD pipeline utilities.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale, including deployments, Helm charts, autoscaling, and cluster management.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and AWS CloudWatch.
Experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault and/or AWS Secrets Manager.
Familiarity with policy-as-code and security scanning tools, including Checkov, tfsec, and Open Policy Agent (OPA).
Experience working with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Nexus Repository, and AWS ECR.
Hands-on experience with GitOps tools and practices, including ArgoCD and Flux.
Exposure to the Salesforce / SF Data ecosystem, including deployment, integration, and DevOps support within Salesforce environments.
Relevant certifications such as:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
HashiCorp Terraform Associate
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
