In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS Order Management, and Oracle eBS Functional Shipping, Pricing, and Inventory modules.
• Understanding of the latest industry trends in EBS Order Management and Shipping related business processes and practices.
• Conceptual knowledge of P2P Cycle.
• Ability to translate requirements into fit-gap in Oracle EBS for the above modules.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Ability to test and deploy custom solutions for Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping modules.
• Ability to participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Ability to coordinate with peripheral application teams.
• Ability to lead super user training.
• Ability to support data conversions for Order Management data elements. • Experience with Oracle EBS Functional Inventory.
• Knowledge of best practices followed in global Manufacturing industries.
• Ability to provide solutions/suggestions to the client.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
