In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Experience in Financial Management.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Experience in all the delivered ERP processes and reports
• Experience in working on Workday Cloud platform.
• Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables) and accounting center.
• Experience in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools. • Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
