• Deep expertise in any of your favourite programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go) & ability to upskill across multiple programming languages where required
• In-depth experience with any of the public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies & life cycle stages
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex software architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven, distributed systems).
• 8 + years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, tools, database & other technologies usually used in SDLC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• → Modern engineering: Championed and rolled out various engineering operating models at enterprise grade & scale with modern tools & techniques e.g.: automated coding tools, techniques, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
