Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in warehouse automation and Material Flow System (MFS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing EWM roles, configuring warehouse processes, and supporting both functional and technical requirements in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
Proven hands-on experience with Warehouse Automation technologies.
Strong understanding of EWM best practices and process configuration.
Experience in writing functional specifications and conducting functional testing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment and readiness assessments.
Mandatory experience with MFS (Material Flow System).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SAP EWM certification.
Experience in large-scale warehouse transformation projects.
Background in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

→EWM Role Design & Access Control:

→Define and implement EWM roles based on business and IT requirements.
→Ensure proper segregation of duties and access control across warehouse operations.

→Warehouse Automation Expertise:

→Lead and support automation initiatives within the warehouse.
→Apply hands-on experience to integrate automated systems with SAP EWM.

→Process Configuration & Optimization:

→Configure and optimize EWM processes including inbound, internal, and outbound logistics.
→Apply best practices to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

→Documentation & Testing:

→Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
→Conduct functional testing to validate solutions and ensure quality delivery.

→Stakeholder Collaboration:

→Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and reach consensus on solutions.
→Communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and leadership.

→SAP S/4HANA Readiness:

→Perform environment readiness checks and ensure compatibility with SAP S/4HANA.
→Support migration and upgrade activities as needed.

→Support & Maintenance:

→Provide ongoing support for warehouse functional and technical requirements.
→Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
