  • You’ll support the Accounts Payable function and contribute to the timely and accurate execution of the monthly financial close process.
  • You’ll manage and maintain vendor master data within the ERP environment, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned with established policies and controls.
  • You’ll process vendor disbursements in accordance with approval requirements, internal policies, payment terms, and established financial controls.
  • You’ll manage the timely issuance of vendor payments and support the accurate and compliant administration of annual 1099 forms in accordance with IRS regulations.
  • You’ll prepare, maintain, and produce documentation and supporting schedules required for internal and external audits.
  • You’ll issue W-9 forms as needed and support compliance with applicable IRS requirements and company policies.
  • You’ll identify opportunities to optimize and automate Accounts Payable processes, with a focus on reducing SLA cycle times, minimizing manual errors, increasing operational efficiency, and improving the customer experience.
  • You’ll support the development and implementation of a sound internal control environment related to cash receipts, cash disbursements, vendor payments, and other AP activities.
  • You’ll manage Positive Pay activities through the banking platform and support processes designed to mitigate payment risk and strengthen financial controls.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, approval, and vendor-related issues while ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • You’ll analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and digital enablement across the Accounts Payable function.
  • You’ll manage a high volume of invoices, inquiries, payments, and competing priorities while maintaining aYou’ll perform additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as needed to support the success of the organization.

  • 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting operations, bookkeeping, or a related finance function
  • 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel
  • 3 years of experience managing high volumes of invoices, vendor inquiries, payment requests, and disbursements while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • 3 years of experience supporting month-end close activities, financial reporting, audit documentation, and related accounting processes
  • Experience supporting Accounts Payable process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing banking platforms and Positive Pay processes
  • Experience supporting internal and external financial audits and maintaining audit documentation
  • Experience managing vendor master data and implementing financial controls
  • Experience identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, improve SLA performance, and enhance customer satisfaction
