Assistant Manager

Experience: 8+ Years 

Location: Noida 

Industry: EPC / Infrastructure / Power / Renewable 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR to PO to payment tracking).
2. Prepare procurement MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
3. Identify and onboard new vendors; maintain vendor documentation. ● Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance documentation.
4. Ensure timely PO issuance with complete approvals and compliance.
5. Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP (SAP / NetSuite). 
6. Take ownership of assigned procurement packages and timelines. 
7. Cost benchmarking analysis.
8. Strong vendor-network in the drone industry and proven experience in procuring them.
9. Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all components meet aerospace standards.
10. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drone manufacturing or the aerospace industry.
11. Familiarity with UAV components, composites, or electronic subsystems.
12. Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., DGCA in India). 

Required Skills 

● MIS & reporting expertise (Advanced Excel, Google sheets) 

● Vendor development & negotiation skills 

● Import/export documentation knowledge 

● ERP experience (SAP / NetSuite preferred) 

● Strong coordination and ownership mindset 

Qualification

B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations.
