Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging and commercially relevant visual content that strengthens INGOT’s brand presence, educates audiences and supports customer acquisition, engagement, webinar attendance and overall marketing objectives.
The role will combine video production, photography, graphic content, social media content creation and creative storytelling, with a strong focus on short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have strong visual storytelling skills and be able to translate financial concepts into simple, engaging and accessible content.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce short-form videos, reels, social media videos, promotional videos and educational content
- Create visual assets for paid and organic campaigns
- Photograph INGOT events, webinars, activations, office activities and other brand moments
- Create supporting graphics, thumbnails, animations and other visual assets where required
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards and content ideas aligned with campaign objectives
- Produce content that can be adapted across multiple platforms and formats
- Maintain a consistent INGOT visual identity across all content
- Monitor competitor and industry content to identify creative opportunities
- Keep up to date with emerging content formats, editing techniques and social media trends
- Any other Duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Film, Graphic Design or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in multimedia content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong video shooting ,editing and animation skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Experience creating short-form social media content
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Working hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
- The role is in Nairobi, Kenya.
