Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with a proven track record in delivering high-quality integration solutions. This role is pivotal to our growing integration team, where you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of scalable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in producing reliable, maintainable code and guiding others to do the same. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior developers, influence integration best practices, and ensure timely, successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect and Develop Integration Solutions: Design, build, and maintain complex integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

· Quality and Best Practices: Uphold the highest standards of code quality, documentation, testing, and security. Promote and implement development best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.

· Project Leadership: Lead technical discussions, define solution architectures, and influence key decision-making processes. Act as a trusted technical advisor for both internal teams and clients.

· Team Mentorship: Coach and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collective success.

· Dependability and Ownership: Assume full responsibility for deliverables from concept to deployment. Work proactively to identify and address potential roadblocks, ensuring on-time project completion.

· Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and articulate technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with MuleSoft capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Continuously refine integration patterns and frameworks to maintain Innovation Solved’s competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

· Technical Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on MuleSoft integration design and development.

· MuleSoft Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred.

· Integration & API Experience: Proven track record in building RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and complex data integrations. Strong understanding of message queues, event-driven architectures, and application networks.

· Security and Compliance: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, MuleSoft security features, and best practices for maintaining data integrity and compliance.

· Tooling and Processes: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related tools.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus), able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
