Are you a veterinary leader passionate about delivering exceptional care and building a positive, collaborative hospital culture? Acorn Hill Animal Hospital, a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management. You’ll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing our hospital’s reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Responsibilities

→Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top-tier patient care and compliance.
→Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals.
→Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
→Deliver outstanding client service and support our mission of compassionate care.
