Framm is a service company in the Inpay group, delivering services to Inpay, a Copenhagen-based cross-border payments company. Our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team is growing, and we are looking for a Financial Crime Prevention Subject Matter Expert to strengthen our technical KYC and AML expertise.

This is a key role in the team. You will bring deep KYC and AML knowledge, work the more complex cases yourself, and drive how we assess and manage risk. It is an expert role with no formal people leadership responsibilities. Your influence comes from your knowledge and how you share it.

  • Be a go-to person for technical KYC and AML questions, guiding colleagues through difficult cases and decisions
  • Handle complex cases yourself, including complex corporate structures, EDD, high-risk and escalated reviews (CDD, ODD, EDD, EDR)
  • Step in and cover for the team when capacity is tight
  • Oversee our KYC and AML processes, controls and documentation, and make sure they hold up in audits and in questions from regulators and partner banks
  • Manage the technical and regulatory view for the team: interpret EU AML rules, Danish requirements and FATF guidance, and turn them into clear guidance and procedures
  • Partner with the Head of FCP and advise on technical and regulatory topics
  • Drive quality by leading quality reviews, giving feedback and sharing lessons learned, without line management responsibility
  • Explore how AI can make FCP work faster and better, and drive its responsible use in our processes
  • Oversee FCP implementation and change projects, such as new tools and process changes, together with Compliance, Product and Operations. This is a smaller part of the role
  • 7+ years' experience in KYC and AML in payments, banking, fintech or crypto
  • Hands-on experience with complex corporate clients and EDD
  • Strong practical knowledge of AML regulation and how to apply it in day-to-day decisions
  • Experience driving or managing processes, controls and documentation to an audit-ready standard
  • Working knowledge of sanctions screening and transaction monitoring, including alert handling
  • Working knowledge of AI and how it can be used in financial crime prevention
  • The ability to explain complex topics clearly and earn colleagues' trust
  • Experience supporting process or system changes, for example requirements, testing or go-live
  • Independence and a pragmatic mindset
  • Proficient English
  • Experience from payment institutions or licensed crypto companies
  • ACAMS, ICA or similar certification
  • Danish or another Nordic language
  • Process modelling or workflow automation experience
  • You enjoy being a trusted expert that colleagues come to with questions
  • You are comfortable doing the work as well as guiding it
  • You take initiative and drive things through to done
  • You can influence without formal authority
  • You can defend your decisions with confidence
  • From competitive salaries and flexible working hours, to professional development and health insurance, we strive to offer one of the best working environments around.

You will be hired by Framm, which is part of the Inpay holding and delivers services to Inpay , our core values drive our success. We seek individuals who embody these values:

Customer First: You demonstrate professionalism, prioritize customer satisfaction, and deliver high-quality results.

Raise the Bar: You maintain a positive attitude, foster resilience and adaptability, and strive for continuous improvement.

Accountability: You take responsibility for tasks, show initiative in problem-solving, and meet commitments.

Fearless Innovation: You embrace a growth mindset, seek learning opportunities, and drive innovation.

Together We Can: You build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and support team success.

Action: You are proactive, action-oriented, and committed to delivering results.

If these values resonate with you - and you’re based in Copenhagen or within commuting distance  - we would love to hear from you.
