Inpay, headquartered in the heart of Copenhagen, is a growing fintech company revolutionizing the world of finance. We're looking for a Student Assistant to join our IT Operations team. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, gain exposure to modern cloud technologies, and play an important role in keeping our teams running smoothly — all while fitting around your studies.

As a Student Assistant in IT Operations, you'll get involved in a broad range of tasks, including:
  • 1st Line IT Support: Be the first point of contact for colleagues with IT questions and issues — helping them get back on track quickly and professionally.
  •  User Onboarding & Off-boarding: Help welcome new employees by setting up their equipment and accounts, and assist with smooth off-boarding procedures.
  • Meeting Room & Equipment Support: Help maintain meeting rooms and shared equipment so everything works seamlessly during events and meetings.
  • Access & Asset Management: Assist with tracking hardware and managing user access following best practices.
  •  Documentation: Create and update knowledge base articles so solutions are easy to find and reuse.
  •  Cloud & Azure Exploration: Get your hands on Azure cloud technologies — a great opportunity to grow your cloud skills in a real business setting.

    • You don't need to know everything — we're investing in your growth. Here's what will set you up for success:

  • Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree (IT support, IT administration, computer science, or similar).
  • A basic understanding of IT, networks, and how systems connect.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and/or Microsoft 365 applications.
  • A service-oriented mindset — you genuinely enjoy helping colleagues and making their day easier.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially in cloud and automation.
    • Nice to Have:
  • Some experience with Intune, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
  • Interest in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API, etc.).
  • Any prior IT support experience — even informal or from studies.
  • Flexible hours that fit around your study schedule — typically 15–20 hours per week.
  • Hands-on experience in a real fintech company with a truly international team.
  • Mentorship from senior IT professionals who want to see you grow.
  • Exposure to modern cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and M365.
  • A friendly, inclusive workplace in central Copenhagen.
