Culinary Utility Worker

At Inspired Living, great dining takes a great team! Our Culinary Utility Workers are the behind-the-scenes stars who help keep the dining experience running smoothly.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living senior living community located in Alpharetta, GA.

What You'll Do

• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents.
• Set tables, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, clear tables, and reset for the next service.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and dining equipment.
• Keep dining areas, tables, chairs, equipment, and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist the kitchen team and Cooks with food service and other tasks as needed.
• Follow special diet requirements and community dining standards.
• Listen to residents and help resolve dining concerns to ensure a positive meal experience.
• Support efficient meal service while maintaining friendly, attentive hospitality.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and help wherever needed!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents and guests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone.
• A positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done!
