Reporting to the Legal Director, the Legal Counsel will provide business-oriented legal advice, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, support contract management and risk assessment activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires strong English communication skills, experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
