• →You will work closely with our customer care team that processes the incoming orders from our customers and/or their health care professional.
• →You will be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of all our incoming sales orders to the relevant payers, working closely with our third-party service providers.
• →As part of this responsibility, you will have to check that all required documentation for successful invoicing and collection is registered in our customer system and/ or ERP system.
• →Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that payers are contacted timely and adequately in case of invoice or collection issues either directly or indirectly via our third party service providers.
• →As required, you will also provide information to the International Accounting team related to the status of invoicing and collections.

• As a minimum, completed vocational training with initial work experience in finance and/or medical field (health insurance company, clinic, medical supply store, etc.). 
• A good understanding of the Spanish health care system as well as reimbursement channels, prescriptions for medical aids, medical billing, etc. in the various regions are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in customer service as well as a friendly and competent manner when talking to payers and other stakeholders.
• Protecting customer data is extremely important: therefore, bring a conscious, trusting approach to it.
• Skills
• Good knowledge of Office 365 programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Spanish speaking and good to fluent in English.
• Self-motivated and positive team player.
