Job Summary

The Sr. Equipment Engineer will play a key role in supporting Insulet’s manufacturing operations and new product development by leading the design, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced automated assembly and packaging equipment. This hands-on engineering role requires strong expertise in machine design, automation technologies, robotics, packaging systems, and process development, along with the ability to manage vendors, lead cross-functional projects, and drive equipment performance in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of machine design experience, strong problem-solving and project leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver scalable automation solutions while supporting technology transfers, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $105,700.00 - $158,500.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
