Bilingual Senior Communications Consultant (Human Resources)

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Communication Consultant to join our HR Strategy, Governance, and People Experience team.

In this role, you’ll develop clear, engaging communications that support HR priorities and enhance the employee experience. You’ll manage Workday Help Articles, intranet content, leader support materials and other HR communications, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, up to date and aligned with internal standards. You’ll partner with stakeholders across HR and the Corporate Communications team to make HR information easier to access and understand, while supporting employee experience initiatives.

• →Write and edit clear, engaging HR communications across multiple platforms to ensure content is accurate, accessible, up to date and aligned with internal standards.
• →Manage all HR communications platforms by updating and formatting Workday Help articles, intranet pages and SharePoint sites.
• →Create, edit and publish technical "how to" videos to support HR communications.
• →Lead the governance and monitor HR communications platforms to identify issues and recommend improvements to content, processes and communications plans. 
• →Establish strong relationships with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, collaborate, and support projects that deliver on our strategic priorities, while making information clear and easy to understand.
• →Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align communications and maximize impact.
• →Influence HR stakeholders to build alignment in HR communications across all platforms.
• →Stay current on communications trends and best practices to support innovative approaches and positive change.

• Undergraduate degree in communications, human resources or related discipline (or any combination of equivalent education and experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal corporate communications. Experience in Human Resources (HR) communications is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For all candidates across Canada : Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in managing SharePoint sites, leveraging AI tools and using Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Workday is an asset.
• A team player with a positive attitude, you love working in a collaborative environment and inspire others to thrive.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
