Entry-level role requiring minimal prior experience or training. Performs basic, repetitive tasks in warehouse and logistics operations—such as material handling, order picking, packing, and labeling—under close supervision and with clearly defined procedures.

Develops foundational skills to support inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse upkeep. Understands how individual tasks contribute to team workflows and is accountable for the quality and accuracy of their own work.

Solves straightforward problems using established procedures, with limited discretion. Participates in continuous improvement efforts and uses basic communication skills to coordinate with team members.
