This hybrid administrative and warehouse role supports the full life cycle of goods, from customs documentation and Oracle shipment processing to spare-parts preparation and inventory management. The role is a vital link between Integra products and the healthcare providers who rely on them.

• Support complex customs documentation, shipment processing, spare-parts preparation and inventory control.

• Apply administrative precision, practical warehouse support and proactive problem-solving in a German/English environment.

• →Pack, label and prepare medical devices and components in accordance with applicable requirements.

• →Create UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping labels, prepare customs documents and process shipments in Oracle.

• →Inspect incoming goods, apply FIFO principles, document damage and manage carrier correspondence relating to customs or missing documentation.

• →Coordinate collection and delivery activities with parcel services and freight forwarders.

• →Pick and prepare spare parts for repairs and field service requests.

• →Create and transact Move Orders in Oracle and perform inventory adjustments and cycle counts.

• →Maintain complete records of packing slips, invoices and certificates, and support Quality Assurance and Trade Compliance.

• →Develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.

• →Support Service Managers and Leaders as required and communicate quality-related issues effectively.

• →Liaise with international Service Centres to exchange information regarding logistics operations.

• →Liaise with internal personnel and departments, including Technical Support and Field Service, as requested by the Manager.

• →Maintain a professional image and comply with all company quality procedures, guidelines and other applicable procedures.

• Experience in a similar role.

• Good English language skills and required German language skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to carry out physical warehouse tasks.

• Proficiency in Oracle or a similar ERP system and iProcurement is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, organised and team-oriented approach.
