Job Role
You will act as a Junior AR Credit Controller for Integrity360 across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send out customer invoices.
- Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and reconcile discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details within the accounting
- Credit Control and cash collection.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Preparing weekly and monthly AR and cash receipt reports for review.
- Assisting the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field.
- 1+ years experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications – must be comfortable in manipulating data in Excel.
- Experience of working with modern Finance applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
