Module Engineer

• →Operate, monitor, and maintain high-volume semiconductor equipment and processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and optimal production quality.
• →Conduct detailed tests and measurements to verify equipment control over critical dimensions and process defectivity.
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing techniques, safety, and operational output.
• →Execute maintenance and repair tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent performance and high reliability.
• →Develop and refine strategies for continuous improvement, focusing on safety, productivity, quality, cost, and yield performance indicators.
• →Collaborate with equipment suppliers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• →Participate in technology transfer activities across Intel's global sites, including training and audits, to ensure consistent manufacturing standards.
• →Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring adherence to safety and quality criteria.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in domain and demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in equipment monitoring and adjustment techniques.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process control and improvement methods.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and process optimization principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with process characterization and excursion prevention systems.
• Experience working with manufacturing tools during academic projects or internships.
