Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in engineering.
3+ years of experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
1+ years of experience to manage supplier-driven change controls and perform risk assessments.
1+ years of experience with technical documentation and interpretation, including compliance and audit procedures.
2+ years of experience with supplier manufacturing processes.

5+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
Experience with design of experiments in a Lab setting, as well as Lab metrology experience.
Proficiency in electroplating techniques.
Effective presentation and communication skills for technical and business discussions.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and lead problem-solving initiatives.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $89,010.00-170,630.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
