Testing & Hypercare Specialist (S/4HANA )

Inteldot is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Testing & Hypercare Specialist to support an SAP S/4HANA implementation for a client in the Life Sciences industry.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a project management or team leadership position. The selected resource will primarily support system testing, issue identification and resolution, implementation readiness, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

The work will be performed mostly remotely; however, the resource must be located in Puerto Rico or able to reliably report onsite to the client’s Puerto Rico facilities when required by the project.

• →Execute SAP S/4HANA testing activities based on defined test plans and business scenarios.
• →Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
• →Execute test scripts and accurately document test results and supporting evidence.
• →Identify, document, track, and retest system defects and issues.
• →Work directly with functional teams, business users, and technical resources to support issue resolution.
• →Support data and transaction validation across relevant SAP processes.
• →Assist with cutover and go-live readiness activities.
• →Provide hands-on hypercare support following go-live, including issue triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up.
• →Track assigned issues through resolution and provide clear status updates.
• →Follow applicable documentation, quality, and change-control requirements.

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or deployments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience executing system testing, test scripts, defect management, or post-go-live support.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into testing scenarios.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.
• Experience working in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and execute assigned activities with limited supervision.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• You are currently located in Puerto Rico or available to work from Puerto Rico for the duration of the assignment.
• You can report onsite to the client’s facilities in Puerto Rico when required.
• You are currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship.

This position is intended for candidates interested in a hands-on SAP implementation support role focused on testing and hypercare. It is not a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or SAP implementation leadership position.
