Risk Management Analyst

General Overview: We are hiring for our client, a leading insurance brokerage, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Risk Management Analyst. The role will support the development and implementation of a robust risk governance framework, contributing to effective risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation across the organization while strengthening internal controls and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Support the maintenance of the organization’s Risk Governance Framework, including policies, procedures, and risk registers Assist in identifying and tracking key risks, including operational, compliance, fraud, cyber, and AML/CFT risks Conduct basic risk assessments and follow up on mitigation actions under guidance Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review Monitor internal controls and highlight gaps or areas of concern to senior team members Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for risk and compliance activities Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation across all risk-related processes Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related activities as required Assist in tracking outsourcing arrangements and ensuring proper documentation is in place Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the risk function Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 0–1 year of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related function (internships considered) Basic understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Organized, proactive, and eager to learn within a structured environment Ability to manage tasks effectively and support multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional corporate environment Arabic Speaker - Mandatory
